Please note: Some weekends/holidays may have a mimimum stay requirement

Our current room rates are based on double occupancy.

In Season Rates are in effect from **May 1st through October 31st.

Off Season Rates are in effect from

**November 1st through April 30th.

**Holiday/ Special Event and Vacation weeks/days fall under In Season rates regardless of the dates.

Check in is between 3:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.
(no early check-in/ please call for late arrivals)

Check out is 11:30 a.m.

Well behaved and supervised children happily accepted

A room may be reserved with a major credit card or by sending a deposit by check to be received within 5 business days of the phone reservation.

Cancellations must be made prior to two weeks before the arrival date to receive a refund, minus a $25 service fee per room. Cancellations made within the two weeks prior to the arrival date will be charged full amount for the entire reserved stay. Cancellation policy applies to early departures.
